To those boys who have made a squad, well done, you now have the opportunity to get some coaching and help, work hard and improve your cricket. A reminder though - selection in a training squad is no guarantee of actual selection for a PSB team, those selection decisions will be made next season.
To those boys who have not been selected in a training squad, you are not out of the running for a PSB place later this year. We will still be looking at all boys for final selection based upon your form in the new season. Should any of you who have not made it into these training squads want to work on your game over Spring contact me if you want to and I can suggest area's you need to work on, and help put a program in place for you.
Individual training, basic fielding and fitness
If selected, your squad coach will individually advise you on what is expected from you and what areas of your game you need to work on in the off-season.
